About Cassidy
Cassidy was a stray mixed-breed dog who wandered into my family's neighborhood in 1980. For two months he lived a cold, solitary life, too afraid to come in for a meal.
One day he found the courage to trust me, and we became constant companions. His response to kindness inspired me right through veterinary school and beyond.
Cassidy passed away in December 1988, but his spirit is in everything we do here. That was my promise to him.
